Anything that weakens you eventually harms your health

Modern societies experience high levels of chronic illness largely because people’s overall vitality has become weakened. Constant stress, poor eating habits, and unhealthy lifestyle patterns gradually erode the body’s natural strength. Many everyday influences steadily drain physical energy: long hours of television, emotional strain, rushing through life, exposure to noise and pollution, artificial lighting, pharmaceutical drugs, stimulants like coffee and alcohol, sugary foods, processed meals, overeating, lack of sleep, irregular routines, excessive sexual activity, and not drinking enough water.

As these factors accumulate, the body becomes less able to clear out waste and toxins. When this internal waste builds up, it creates conditions where bacteria and free radicals can flourish. This weakens the body’s natural defences and makes illness more likely.
