About

Reuben Cox BA MSC Student BSC NAT NUT (CNM)

Due to graduate in Nutritional therapy in October 2026.

Reuben has a degree in Business Management but he has a drive to transform people’s lives through personalised nutrition and started studying at CNM in 2023. He hopes to help others understand some of the critical issues we face in allopathic medicine and aims to make it easier for others to understand some common deficiencies that can addressed to improve a clients health.

Most of what determines people’s health doesn’t come out of a medicine bottle. Their is definitely a lot of great things we do in acute care with medicine but most of what we do in medicine does not have any benefit to the patient but simultaneously deliberately causes adverse side effects because of the cooperate capitalist model that suppresses information around other healing arts that does not involve modern medicine.

How it all started

From around 15 years old I was getting some strange symptoms when exerting myself which I could not put a reason on. I consulted many specialists but none could find a reason for my symptoms. So it made me think how many others were like me and I started to research more about long term illness in adolescence and I was shocked my the increasing numbers in long term illness in teenagers and children.

I then started studying at UEA doing international business but often i was still passionate about nutrition and the wider issues we have in the food industry.

My story

So since this started I have now researched lots into diets, environmental stressors and trauma related stress and the issues in the wider pharmaceutical sector.

My approach

In 2027 I want to start to be able to give advice to other on therapies that can support traditional medicine when dealing with cancer.

Thank you for joining me on this amazing journey.
